Within the skateboard industry, writing and journalism is a huge part of what makes skateboarding what it is. There are some amazing books, articles, and graphic novels, both for kids and for adults out there, and in this month’s challenge, we challenge your students to write something about skateboarding. This can be a poem, a short story, picture book, haiku, etc.
