Get On Board Challenges

What are they?

Get On Board Challenges are a great way to increase student involvement and awareness within schools. Throughout the school year, we offer different challenges where students (18 and under) from across the country have the opportunity to participate for the chance to win prizes for their effort.

How it works.

  • NEW For The 2026/27 School Year - We have decided to pare down challenges to the five most popular ones based on two years of participation #’s:

    • Boardy (school year: submit anytime from 8/1/26 to 6/30/27)

    • Community Art (back to school: submit by 10/31/26)

    • Deck graphic (fall: submit by 12/31/26)

    • Dream skatepark (winter: submit by 2/28/27)

    • Logo customizing (spring: submit by 4/30/27)

  • Reminder: you don’t need to wait until the challenge is announced to get started; students can work on them anytime and submit before the respective challenge deadline.

  • Find the corresponding challenge and read the description.

  • If the challenge has a template, download it and get your students involved.

  • Once all students are done, organize a way to find a school winner. We recommend an anonymous vote, but feel free to get creative.

  • Submit your school’s entry using the button below.

  • Entries are accepted until 11:59 pm on the last day of the submission period. Once all submissions are in, FPS, along with our advisors and ambassadors, will vote on a winner and will coordinate with the winning student’s teacher to deliver their prize.

  • Exceptions to the rules: (The school year challenge doesn’t have a limit on the # of submissions from each school, so keep them rolling in until 11:59 pm on June 30th, 2027)
